Priority & Escalation Policy

Escalation increases review priority. It does not guarantee a requested decision, placement, payment result, technical fix, or completion time.

Priority definitions

P1Critical

Active security or privacy incident, suspected payment fraud, platform-wide failure, or an imminent confirmed event blocked with no workaround.

Expedited triage; aim to begin review within four business hours when received during monitored periods.
P2High

A major function is impaired or a time-sensitive hiring, interview, billing, or access issue has no reasonable workaround.

Aim to begin review within one business day.
P3Standard

Routine account, candidate, client, partner, billing, or technical request with limited impact or a workaround.

Aim to begin review within two business days.
P4Low

General information, documentation, non-urgent how-to help, feedback, or an enhancement request.

Aim to begin review within three business days.

Escalation rules

  1. 01

    Automatic escalation

Active security incidents, suspected unauthorized disclosure, payment fraud, platform-wide outages, and comparable high-impact events route for elevated review.

  2. 02

    Deadline-based escalation

A confirmed interview, start date, contractual milestone, payment deadline, or operational event may justify escalation when the deadline and impact are documented.

  3. 03

    Functional escalation

Billing, privacy, security, access, legal, and agreement matters may move into a specialized review path.

  4. 04

    Management escalation

Leadership review may occur when impact expands, an issue recurs, multiple parties are affected, or material contractual, financial, operational, or reputational risk appears.

  5. 05

    Requester escalation

Use the existing protected ticket thread and provide the unresolved issue, current impact, deadline, prior steps, and desired next action.

  6. 06

    Priority reassessment

TNC may raise or lower priority as verified facts, impact, workarounds, or governing service terms change.
