SUPPORT PRIVACY

How support information is handled

This operational notice explains how information is used for a support request. Acknowledging it is not acceptance of a Trust agreement or service terms.

Purpose

TNC uses the information provided to receive, protect, investigate, and respond to the support request; verify the requester when necessary; and maintain the related support record.

Data minimization

Submit only what is reasonably necessary. Do not include passwords, access codes, payment credentials, private documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Protected access

Ticket status and replies require the ticket reference and private access key. Do not share these credentials or leave the thread open on a shared device.

Identity verification

Additional verification may be required before account information is disclosed, protected records are changed, access is granted, or a privacy request is completed.

Authorized handling

Only authorized people or service providers may handle support information when necessary to operate, secure, or respond to the request.

Trust Review remains separate

This Support Privacy Notice does not replace, approve, or accept any document in Trust Review. Questions about review materials should be submitted as a Trust Review request.

Requests about your information

Submit a Privacy, Security & Legal request to ask about access, correction, or deletion. TNC may need to verify identity and may retain information where a valid legal or operational requirement applies.
