INTELLIGENT ROUTING

Eight support lanes. One accountable intake.

PRIORITY & ESCALATION

Urgency is assigned by verified impact.

Requested priority is reviewed against actual operational, financial, security, privacy, and deadline risk.

Read Escalation Policy
P1Critical

Active security or privacy incident, suspected payment fraud, platform-wide failure, or an imminent confirmed event blocked with no workaround.

Expedited triage; aim to begin review within four business hours when received during monitored periods.
P2High

A major function is impaired or a time-sensitive hiring, interview, billing, or access issue has no reasonable workaround.

Aim to begin review within one business day.
P3Standard

Routine account, candidate, client, partner, billing, or technical request with limited impact or a workaround.

Aim to begin review within two business days.
P4Low

General information, documentation, non-urgent how-to help, feedback, or an enhancement request.

Aim to begin review within three business days.

These are planning targets for initial review, not guaranteed response or resolution times. Any executed agreement containing a specific service level controls.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

What information should I include?

Identify the affected portal, job, invoice, service, or record; explain what happened; describe the current impact; and state the action you need. Do not include passwords or unnecessary highly sensitive information.

How are attachments handled?

Accepted files are stored privately and enter a quarantined review state. The ticket-wide maximum is five files, 10 MB each and 25 MB combined. Unsupported or unsafe files are rejected.

How do I reply after submitting?

Use Ticket Status with the reference and private access key from your receipt. All requester and support replies remain organized inside the same protected thread.

Can I mark every request critical?

You may request P1, but TNC may raise or lower priority after verifying impact, urgency, available workarounds, and governing service terms.

What if I lose my access key?

Submit an Account & Access ticket or contact TNC Support. Identity verification may be required before protected access can be restored.

Is the portal for emergencies?

No. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact the appropriate emergency authority. Submit an active security or privacy incident as P1 and call the Direct number with the ticket reference.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
