TNC may adjust priority after verifying impact, urgency, and available workarounds.

If a document is necessary, Support will provide an approved secure delivery method after reviewing the request. Do not place passwords, access codes, payment credentials, government identification, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the form.
